Where We Work
Our base is in Parkhurst, Johannesburg, and we serve clients across South Africa with a strong focus on Gauteng and the major metros. We regularly assist customers in Parkhurst, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand, Sandton and Rosebank, as well as Cape Town and Durban for selected framing and delivery requests.
Coastal humidity in Cape Town and Durban can affect paper, canvas and timber over time so we can recommend suitable mounts, glazing and framing methods for those conditions. For galleries and commercial spaces, we also assist with installation and hanging plans that suit the venue rules and layout.
How Quickly We Reply
Most enquiry form submissions are reviewed during studio hours and we aim to respond within one working day. For detailed framing projects or large gallery orders, please allow a little more time so we can check materials, measurements and mounting options properly.

If your piece is already framed and needs attention, mention what is wrong with it. A loose join, scratched glass or damaged backing is often easier to sort once we know the frame type and the condition of the artwork.
Visit And Collection Arrangements
If collection or drop-off is needed, we can arrange this after we have reviewed your enquiry. Please do not send a piece in without first confirming the details, especially for oversized work, fragile glass or items needing special packing. That saves time and avoids damage in transit.
For clients in Johannesburg and nearby suburbs, collection is often the easiest option for larger frames and mirrors. We can also advise on safe packaging for long-distance jobs heading to Pretoria, Midrand, Cape Town or Durban.
